All products of Fiore Bello, LLC and www.fiorebello.com are protected by United States and International copyright laws. Thank you for choosing to purchase these digital elements. They were a joy to create, and we hope they will be a joy to use.
Speaking of use, by making a purchase from Fiore Bello’s site www.fiorebello.com, you agree to the following:
PERSONAL USE—YOU MAY
You may use Fiore Bello elements, illustrations, art, designs and products to create your personal projects including:
- Digital scrapbooks
- Traditional scrapbooks
- Hybrid scrapbooks
- Greeting cards
- Invitations
- Stationery
- Websites
- Blogs
You are authorized to alter the color, size, delete or add-to portions of the Fiore Bello products for your personal use.
You can also submit your personal projects using our products to online galleries, scrapbook and greeting card magazines for publication, as long as you give credit to www. FioreBello.com. When you submit your designs for publishing, use the Fiore Bello element, template or kit name.
PERSONAL USE—YOU MAY NOT
1. Use Fiore Bello images for obscene, pornographic, racially harmful, or other similar use as prohibited by law.
2. Call these designs your own work and resell them online, on a CD, on eBay, on other’s designer’s sites or resell them in printed format.
3. Call these designs your own work and offer them for free online, on a CD, on eBay, on other’s designer’s sites or in a printed format.
4. Include these designs in a collection and offer them for free or for resale online, on a CD or in printed format.
5. Use these designs to create Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Illustrator or Paint Shop Pro brushes or tubes and then resell or redistribute them as your own.
6. Use these designs in scrap for hire or commercial projects (see scrap for hire, commercial use terms below) for financial gain.
7. Share, redistribute, e-mail, resell, or post unaltered designs online. These files can be used on the purchaser’s computer only. Copies can only be created for back-up purposes and stored on CD, flash drive, external hard-drive or other electronic storage devices. (This includes sharing with friends and family.)
8. Create Templates or Quick Pages for resale from Fiore Bello Products.
SCRAP 4 HIRE USE and SCRAP 4 OTHERS—YOU MAY
The Scrap for Hire Use license allows the purchaser and only the purchaser (i.e. Small Business Owner who makes crafts, Someone who makes scrapbooks for others) to use Fiore Bello products in the following ways:
1. Products can be used to create client scrapbooks for resale in a printed or flattened image format.
2. Products can be used to create custom greeting cards for clients and can be sold to clients in a flattened or printed format.
3. Products can be used to create custom invitations for clients and can be sold to clients in a flattened or printed format.
4. Products can be used to create custom stationery for clients and can be sold to clients in a flattened or printed format.
5. Products can be used in photo books for resale to clients in a flattened or printed format.
6. Products can be used to create hybrid greeting card, invitation, stationery, candy wrappers, scrapbooks and other crafts for resale in a printed or flattened format.
7. Submit your projects and creations using our products to online galleries, scrapbook and greeting card magazines for publication, as long as you give credit to www. FioreBello.com. When you submit your designs for publishing, use the Fiore Bello element, template or kit name.

9. Use Fiore Bello products and designs for mass production. The Scrap 4 Hire and Scrap 4 Others Use license allows the purchaser to use our designs in up to 100 creations.
COMMERCIAL USE—YOU MAY
The Commercial Use license allows the purchaser and purchaser only (i.e. graphic designer, digital scrapbook designer, etc.) to use Fiore Bello products in the following ways:
1. Use Fiore Bello graphics or images as a tool to create your own Personal or Commercial projects, with the exclusions listed below in the COMMERCIAL USE—YOU MAY NOT terms.
2. Use Fiore Bello element templates, page templates, patterns, styles and other designer resources to create digital scrapbooking kits and sets to resell to others as long as Fiore Bello products don’t make up more than 25% of the kit for sale. Designs MUST be altered to be resold. Not sure? Email customerservice@fiorebello.com for permission.
3. Alter Fiore Bello product size, color, etc. as part of your design.
COMMERCIAL USE—YOU MAY NOT
1. Distribute and resale products on a CD, website, or as printed items except for the uses mentioned above.
2. Claim these designs as your own.
3. Distribute individual files for resale. All products used must be a product of your creation. For example, you cannot sell or give away for free an individual paper, element, action or brush to a client.
4. Include unaltered Fiore Bello products in a digital or printed kit for resale or as a giveaway on a website, blog, eBay, or in a brick and mortar store.
5. Share, redistribute, e-mail, resell, or post unaltered designs online. These files can be used on the purchaser’s computer only. Copies can only be created for back-up purposes and stored on CD, flash drive, external hard-drive or other electronic storage devices. (This includes sharing with friends and family.)
6. Sublicense these products or designs.
7. Use Fiore Bello products and designs for mass production. The Commercial Use license allows buyer’s to use our designs in up to 200 creations.
8. Create Templates or Quick Pages for resale from Fiore Bello Products.
9. Create printed paper lines from these designs.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, DAMAGES
Since everything in our store is available as a download only, we do not have the ability to accept returns. You will find this is a typical policy with most digital scrapbook, clipart and other sites that offer products available for download.

We will work with you to help you retrieve your download, but refunds WILL NOT be provided. Before you download our products, please be sure of the following:
- You have enough disk space on your computer or device.
- You have the ability to unzip files.
- You like the product.
- You are aware that these are only digital and not physical elements that you will later receive in the mail.
Under no circumstances will Fiore Bello, LLC be responsible for damages or loss that result from the use of or inability to use any of the products sold or distributed by Fiore Bello, LLC. All products and downloads are purchased with the understanding that a warranty is NOT included with the purchase.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Fiore Bello product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fiore Bello reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fiore Bello reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fiore Bello shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Fiore Bello without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Fiore Bello may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Fiore Bello.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Fiore Bello products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Fiore Bello products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Fiore Bello's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Fiore Bello may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Fiore Bello or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
